Easy 20 minute Workout (Home or Weight room):
(Each activity can be broken down into smaller reps – i.e., do 20 of each x 2 then finish off with the last 10 of each)
Google search any of the exercises if you're not sure how to do them!
· 50 sit-ups
· 50 jumping air squats
· 50 switch lunges (or regular lunges)
· 50 push ups
· 50 burpees
· 2 minute plank
